Our psychology-based program teaches you what your motivational personality and superpower is, what that means/why it’s important for you, and how it help to harness your motivation forever. Then you have the motivation to be successful in your health goal.

As the basic for your 30 days of coaching. In just 10 minutes a day, you’ll learn how to stay motivated, strengthen your mindset… and probably laugh at a cheesy joke or two. Before you know it, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goal.

I know the things that I’m supposed to do, but I’m a long term self-sabotager. I also dealt with postpartum depression and just couldn’t find the motivation to stay on track.
