I still don't get it. What type of program is this?

GOtivation is a personalized, interactive educational course, delivered entirely via chat (Facebook Chats / Messenger).

How exactly will you motivate me?

Actually, we can’t motivate you.  No one really can (but you probably already had that feeling).

Instead, we teach you how to motivate yourself.

To do that, each day you’ll complete a 5-10 minute training session with your GOtivation coach.  You’ll learn new motivational skills based on your goals and personality. Throughout the week you’ll also play short challenges to practice and strengthen your new newfound abilities IRL (as the kids say).

Over time, you’ll gain the ability to motivate YOURSELF, cause that’s how it works best.

(PS – Don’t get nervous. We’ll provide examples and coach you every step of the way.)

How much time is this gonna take?

You’ll only need 10 minutes a day, five days a week.

And don’t worry!  You get to choose your own time. Even if it’s 6:12 am while you’re feeding a newborn (true story).

What if this is awful? Do you offer a refund?

If you take the program and hated it, we’ll refund your entire purchase.

All we ask is that you send us feedback so we can keep improving.  That’s the most important thing in life, right?

I don't use Facebook. Now what?

Messenger (now called ‘Chats’) is a separate app that doesn’t require a Facebook account.  Your messages are private between you and GOtivation and never get posted to a Facebook feed.

(I’m told that makes Mark Zuckerberg cry a little)

Why don't you provide workouts and recipes?

Cause the internet is already bursting at the seams with free workout routines, coaches, and healthy recipes. The last thing you need right now is another “influencer” who spends 8 hours a day at the gym telling you how to tone your glutes and what not to eat.

Instead, let’s focus on the real issue – your motivation.

I already receive daily motivation. How is this any different?

There’s a lot more to motivation than a daily quote.

In fact, there’s an entire behavioral science field devoted to it!  GOtivation is a proven training program that uses the latest motivational psychology, not inspirational memes and filtered selfies (sorry Instagram).

Couldn't I just read a book?

We love self-improvement books too, but we’re guilty of rarely making the changes they suggest (hello Rachel Hollis).  With Motivated in a Month you get the information and inspiration of a book, but in a bite-sized format that you can actually commit to each day. Plus, you’ll get to practice your new skills in real life.

What if I need more help?

Your daily lessons include a LIVE COACH.  You’ll receive help with lessons, get to ask questions, and receive supportive feedback along the way.

Is there an app to download?

Nope. All the coaching and lessons take place inside Facebook Chats / Messenger. It’s like a coach texting you.
